It's OK if you didn't love everything you ordered - we still love you!

Returns just got a WHOLE lot easier thanks to our new online returns portal. Lodging a return is now super simple - each time you need to send something back all you need to do is search 'RETURNS' on the site and you'll find yourself here.

What is the JOLYN CANADA return policy?

  • We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days and 45 days for store credit from the shipping date. (Please Note: Pilling after the 30-day return window is due to incorrect washing or handling and will not be accepted for return). All tags and hygienic liner must be attached.
  • We also offer printable Canada Post shipping labels so you don’t have to leave your house to send back your items. We do not provide free returns or refunds on shipping costs.
  • All SALE and POP-UP items are FINAL SALE and we are unable to send the items back to you.
  • "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping label will be provided and a fee of 10$ will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Original shipping costs are non refundable. 
  • Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process the returns quickly, but just in case, pease allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. 

 

Do I have to use the original JOLYN packaging or can I use my own?

We prefer you recycle the JOLYN packaging, but you can use whatever packaging you'd like.

 

How do I get a return shipping label?

All you have to do is submit a return to infocanada@jolyn.com with your order number, wait for approval, and then go to this website https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/information/app/prse/label?policyId=PR953292&LOCALE=en to get the shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be taken out of your refund/store credit. Easy peasy!

Return shipping label will be provided and a fee of 10$ will be deducted from the Refund or store credit.

Send us an email with your receipt and order number! We will take it from there.

 

Does it need to be in brand new condition?

Yes! The item(s) must be unused, unworn, with no signs of washing or use. All tags and liners must be attached.

For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. Do not remove the hygienic liner.

 

Can I return a Canadian online purchase to the JOLYN Canada store?

Yes! If the item was purchased from jolyn.ca, then we can facilitate a return. Items purchased from jolyn.com need to be processed directly to jolyn.com.

 

Wrong product or product arrived damaged?

Email us and we'll make it right!

We stand by our products and offer a 6-month warranty. Please email us within 6 months of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item and we'll help you out!

 EXCHANGES

Send your return(s) back for a refund by following the return instructions above. Place a new order online for your replacement item(s). Discounts will not be applied to return/exchange orders.

How long will it take my return to process?
- Once your package has arrived at our returns department, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund of your item(s) plus tax. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

I lost my packing slip/receipt, what do I do?
- Email infocanada@jolyn.com and we will send you a copy of your receipt. 

What if I purchased the item at a POP-UP?
-  It can be exchanged same day with the POP-UP rep. All POP-UP sales are FINAL SALE.

Refunds are only applicable for items purchased on the jolyn.ca website. We cannot refund items from the jolyn.com website.

Why hasn't the refund shown up on my account?
- Once you get the confirmation email it may take 2-7 days for the refund to show on your statement, so don’t be worried if it doesn’t show instantly.

For WARRANTIES ON STITCHING, our factories take pride in providing solid sewing construction, and will honour a six (6) month warranty on stitching. If you do ever bust a stitch, email infocanada@jolyn.com for assistance.
